We had a late check-in due to time change and driving and rather than just cancelling our reservation they emailed us to get payment so quite accommodating. The tv didn’t work in the bedroom and they came right away to fix it. This suite was so over the top for our needs it was crazy but it was clean and the bed was soft but comfortable, lots of of pillows and the shower was great! The parking was good and plentiful and I would definitely recommend this property
